Be a part of something great . . .
Help build simple, safe, decent homes for
God's people in need.
Consider volunteering in any of
the following ways:

  • Help build a Habitat home. We are currently building a home at 12 Maranatha located on the east side of Youngstown. Work
hours are 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM on Saturdays and Wednesdays.
Wear sturdy shoes, pants, bring work gloves and bottle of water.
If sunny it's a good idea to wear hat and/or sunscreen. Sign up
on-line so the construction supervisor knows you are coming at:
www.hfhofmc.org. Need a ride? Call Rev. Adams at 330-743-0430 or email: Kathrynpcm@aol.com
  • Volunteer at the Restore located at 480 Youngstown-Poland Rd. in Struthers. Call Linda at 330-755-2232 to find out when you can help out. This store is a major source of funding for our local Habitat  organization.
  • Help collect aluminum cans at all home football games. Meet at Smith Hall two hours before home games, and one hour after home games. Cans are collected at the upper and lower tailgate lots. Wear gloves.
  • Participate in the Habitat 5K Run and two mile fun walk, taking place Saturday, November 7 at 9AM. Get more
    information at:
    www.hfhofmc.org.
